How to Choose a Typeface
Unsure of what typeface to choose? Our guide will help to remove some of the guesswork from the design process.
1. Try to stick to using one typeface only as mixing typefaces may create an aesthetic imbalance.
2. Use the Ramsign 1880 or Ramsign 1925 typeface for house numbers only.
3. Use a serif typeface (letters with "feet") in a traditional context, for example Ramsign Carlton.
4. Use a sans serif typeface for (letters without "feet") in a modern context, for example Ramsign Industria.
5. Use a delicate typeface on a white background, for example Ramsign Celtic set in black on white.
6. Use a bold typeface on a dark background, for example Ramsign Engelhardt set in white on black.
