By accessing ramsign.com (hereinafter "the website") you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed below. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions you may not use or access the website. The website is provided solely for your personal use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.

Company Information
The website is owned and operated by Ramsigns Limited. When trading on the website, an agreement is entered with Ramsigns Limited, 5 Secretary’s Lane, GX11 1AA, Gibraltar, Company no. 121966 (hereinafter "Ramsign").

Policies
The website’s policies are designed with the customer in mind to ensure that the online shopping experience on the website will be secure, prompt, efficient and hassle-free.

Products
Ramsign designs and manufactures handcrafted enamel signs inspired by vintage European 19th century street signs. Due to the handmade nature of the signs, minor imperfections may occur. This is normal and must be expected. Each sign is delivered with a mounting kit, mounting instructions and packaging.

Prices
The prices for the products listed on this website are in US dollars (USD) including free worldwide delivery. Ramsign endeavors to ensure that all prices and product specifications listed on this site are correct. Ramsign cannot be held responsible for type errors or price changes and reserves the right to amend or rectify any errors in prices or product specification.

Taxes and Duties
The prices listed on this website do not include taxes and duties. The customer won't need to pay any taxes or duties unless the value exceeds the legal threshold. If the customer does have to pay taxes or duties, these will be collected by the carrier. In such cases, Ramsign will refund the customer’s costs as soon as we receive a request through the contact page on this website, along with a receipt for the payment.

Payment
All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. Ramsign accepts PayPal and all major payment cards. In the case that full payment is not received at the time of the order, the customer will receive a payment request from Ramsign shortly after the order has been placed. Payment must be settled promptly hereafter to avoid delays in the delivery.

Order Confirmation and Design Proof
Immediately at the time an order is placed on this website an automated confirmation is sent via email. Ramsign then starts processing the order. Based on the order details, Ramsign will send a manual order confirmation to the customer via email as soon as possible within 24 hours on workdays. If the order contains a custom sign the order confirmation will contain a design proof. If the customer wishes any changes to be made, the customer must contact us within 3 days to ensure timely completion of the order.

Order Processing & Delivery
Once the payment has been received, the order will be shipped immediately after the products are ready and have been carefully inspected and packed in a rigid cardboard sleeve, along with one mounting kit per sign, and mounting instructions. Unless expedited shipping has been selected, the goods are sent by the postal system and delivered by the local postal delivery service. If the order contains several signs, they are normally shipped together. If the order contains signs with different delivery times, then the latest delivery time must therefore be expected for all the signs. As the goods are shipped directly from our factories and warehouses in different regions of Europe, partial deliveries do occur. If Ramsign is not able to supply the products or a significant delay in shipping the goods is likely (e.g. because of heavy workload or the product is out of stock), we will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of any potential issues. Should an unexpected problem arise, the customer may cancel the order (or any part of it) and is eligible to receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) related to those products that will not be delivered.  Ramsign will not otherwise be liable to the customer for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind suffered or incurred by the customer due to an order not being fulfilled as expected or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.

Production & Transportation Time
The applicable production and transport options and times can always be found on the Delivery and Returns page. The production and transportation time is our best estimate, but in no way guaranteed. Bear in mind that the production time is subject to the current workload and that several technical and labor circumstances are not within Ramsigns control. In addition, the transportation time is subject to the destination and the expediency of the carrier.

Standard Delivery Time for In-Stock Items
In-stock house numbers are shipped within 24 hours on weekdays, subject to the current workload. The applicable transport options and times can always be found on the Delivery and Returns page.

Standard Delivery Time for Custom Signs
Custom signs are shipped within 4 weeks, subject to the current workload. The applicable production and transport options and times can always be found on the Delivery and Returns page.

Rush Production
For a rush fee equal to the value of the sign, custom signs can be made with rush production, reducing the production time from 4 weeks to just 3 business days. Rush production can be ordered on the product page under "PRODUCTION TIME". The rush production starts the moment the rush fee is paid. Customers are entitled to a refund of the rush fee if the product is not shipped within 3 business days.

Express Delivery
For an additional express fee, express delivery can be selected at checkout under "Delivery Method". With express delivery, the items will be shipped directly to the customer via courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS, or similar). The currently available shipping options and times can always be found on our Delivery and Returns page. Express delivery is only available to private or business addresses. PO box addresses cannot be used for security reasons. Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign the receipt. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a message at the address. This message will include a contact number and information on how the customer can receive the shipment.

Money Back Guarantee
Ramsign offers a full refund on any item returned to us within 60 days of the item being received disregarding the reason for the return. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging. Ramsign will refund the full amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 8 days after receipt of the product. This policy applies to all purchases made online on this website. For instructions on how to proceed please contact Ramsign via the contact page. Only products that are listed and sold on this website are covered by the money back guarantee.

Lifetime Warranty
All Ramsign products come with a lifetime warranty. If a defect arises due to faulty manufacturing, the customer is entitled to a free replacement. This warranty is designed to protect the customer from loss if a product fails at any point due to a manufacturing fault. Please note that this warranty does not cover loss and damage like an insurance policy would. Here are some examples of what is covered by the lifetime warranty: Any deterioration due to sun fading, cracking, peeling, or loss of sheen, colors, or proportions, including corrosion on the front of the sign. Here are some examples of what is NOT covered by the lifetime warranty: Rough handling, theft, and vandalism (metal deformation is considered evidence of this), improper installation (peeling/damage around mounting holes is considered evidence of this), and corrosion on the back or edges of the sign. In most cases, a few photos will be sufficient to document the defect. However, if necessary, the product may need to be returned to Ramsign. In this case Ramsign will refund the shipping costs. Claims
If a customer receives any faulty or damaged product, we will immediately rectify the situation. In this case the customer is entitled to a free replacement. The customer must contact us via the contact page within 60 days of receipt, for instructions on how to proceed. Often a few photos will suffice, but Ramsign may require that the product is returned. In this case Ramsign will refund the shipping costs.

The user assumes all risk of use of all programs and files on this site, and releases Ramsign entirely of all responsibility for any consequences of its use.

Personal Information
The user must ensure that any information that is provided when creating an account on this site is correct, complete and up-to-date and advise Ramsign as soon as possible if any of this information changes, or if the user becomes aware of any inaccuracy in the information provided. If the user is providing information about a person other than herself, the user warrants that she is authorized by that person to provide that information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of her account and password and for preventing unauthorized access to her account. The user agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under her account. The user must take all necessary steps to ensure that her password is kept confidential and secure and must inform Ramsign immediately if she has any reason to believe that her password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.

Protection of Customer Privacy
Ramsign will never disclose an email address, phone number, or other information that the user has shared with Ramsign. All personal information is treated and stored with the utmost confidentiality. To offer a fast and secure payment solution, all payments are managed via STRIPE (card payments) and PAYPAL payment processors. Ramsign does not process or store any of the customer's payment information, as these encrypted details are shared directly between the customer and the payment processors in complete confidentiality at the time of the transaction. The payment transaction is a closed SSL-secured (encrypted) direct connection between the user and the payment processor.
